ZXTR Voltage Regulators

Diodes Incorporated ZXTR Voltage Regulators are designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. This function is fully integrated into either a TO252, SOT23, SOT89 or PowerDI5 package. This minimizes the PCB area and reduces the number of components compared to a multi-chip discrete solution. Diodes Incorporated ZXTR devices are ideal for input rails, networking, telecom, and Power Over Ethernet (PoE).

The ZXTR20 transistors regulate with 5V, 8.2V, and 12V nominal output at 15mA. These transistors are designed for use in high voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used.
